Juanita MORE! at MERKADO on Wednesday, June 17th for the 3rd Annual “MORE! Stories from Home” a special dinner party ahead of SF Pride!
Experience the unique collaboration of Juanita MORE! at MERKADO as they come together to celebrate Pride! This event is a celebration and a way to support the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender (GLBT) Historical Society. Founded in 1985, they are internationally recognized as a leader in LGBTQIA+ public history -- often called the "queer Smithsonian". They collect, preserve, exhibit, and share the materials and stories that document the LGBTQIA+ community. Join us as we honor family traditions with food and drinks by Juanita MORE! and Chef Lorenzo Caamal.
Enjoy menu specials created by Juanita MORE! The MOREburger, which combines her mother’s poblano chile relleno and love of a late-night burger, and her decadent Tres Leches cake.
