Families of Merkado and The Lumpia Company have partnered with Project by Project (PbP) for Community Restaurant Week 2022.

PbP is an Asian American nonprofit whose mission is to develop a pipeline of leaders through innovative philanthropy. KAMANOS meaning

The collaboration between the families of Merkado and The Lumpia Company. “Kamayan” means “use of hands” in Tagalog, and “Manos” means “hands" in Spanish. This word perfectly describes our menu — we encourage guests to use their hands, to enjoy the food.

*NOTE: To ensure the menu item is available, reservations are strongly encouraged.  We request a 24 hr advance notice for the KAMANOS menu.  Please note the request in the visit notes of your reservation.  Thank you in advance!
